Returns will be shipped back to the address listed on the original shipping package  (shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense).

We will offer refunds to customers who have returned the item as long as it has not been worn.

We will not be doing any exchanges unless the customer is local and replaces the original item with a new item of the same value.
